[VIDEO] King Charles Off To a Rocky Start…Watch How Rudely He Treats His “Peasant Staff” in Viral Clip

Image
King Charles is off to a rocky start. The “woke” elitist new King already had his first Scandal before dinner. I gotta say, I don’t have high hopes for this guy. He’s a climate nut and a total hypocrite, but he’s also quite the bungler. He’s always saying or doing the wrong thing. It’s always plagued him. Just imagine Joe Biden if he were King of England, how that would look. Okay, maybe not THAT bad, but you get the idea. So, what happened this time? Well, footage of King Charles becoming really irritated by a pen after being proclaimed the new King has gone viral. He wasted no time looking like a completely rude, out-of-touch elitist, lacking all the grace and humbleness of his mother. Probably wasn’t the best look to kick things off. After being formally proclaimed the nation’s new King, Charles held his first Privy Council meeting, where he sat to sign official declarations. However, the moment went south, when Charles discovered there

Homeless in RI: An update and looking back a decade on the saddest story of 2022

Image
Homeless in RI: An Update As we close the year, we note that as many as 1,000 people (depending on who is counting) are ushering in the New Year homeless, some living on the streets, or in the woods and parking lot cars. The new housing position of Josh Saal technically doesn’t begin until January 1st, 2023 and a whole department is being planned in the state budget. One of their first directives will be to author a strategic plan to end homelessness. Ten years ago the state developed such a plan – it was called “Opening Doors Rhode Island Strategic Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness”. It was a report compiled with private and public agencies. The report, in many ways, could have been written today. While the state writes a new plan, it might look back at the plan that was to end homelessness ten years ago – and why it didn’t work – and if there were parts in the plan that did work. An excerpt from the plan says that we were in far worse shape in 2010 than in 2

A dog’s upset tears were photographed by a photographer when the animal thought it was being put to sleep.

Image
Many people assert that seeing a puppy with  tears of pain and despair rolling down its cheeks  is impossible, as they assert that Animals “have no emotions”. They don’t know how wrong they are, and while that sounds absurd, it’s definitely the bleakest. Although they fill their mouths assuring that puppies “cannot love or feel”, from Zoorprendente we have reviewed stories of dozens of puppies, who  with a broken heart, have even expressed how much they are suffering with tears of pain. This dog was caught shedding tears of anguish as she suspected the worst Countless  innocent dogs are in danger of being put to sleep forever  at any moment in shelters and kennels around the world. Many times, having already avoided certain death after being abandoned to their fate, not having enough, ending up in those places can be much worse for them. Nearly 4 million dogs enter shelters each year and about 1.2 million dogs are put on the euthanasia list. It was precisely the sad

Spectacular Killing Of Cheetahs Or A Surprise Meal Of Hyenas?

Image
This stunning series of pH๏τographs shows the moment two cheetahs used teamwork to hunt down and kill a wildebeest in Tanzania. However the cats were deprived of their meal by some hungry hyenas who moved in to claim the prize which they feasted on with their young. The one of the cheetahs breaks from cover to chase down the wildebeest using its natural acceleration which is faster than a Sports car. As it is abandoned by the rest of its herd the first cat locks its jaws around the neck of the animal, and the second cheetah pounces. Both of the predators use their powerful limbs to lock into the wildebeest’s flesh and bring the large to a halt within moments. As its eye bulge with fear the wildebeest knows it has no way to escape the two cats as they claw at its back and sides. The cheetahs muscular limbs, long tail and flexible spine allow it to quickly twist and turn as the prey struggles to escape from its claws. As the tussle continues one of the cats manages to

Make Cut-Out Snowflakes Day (December 27th)

Image
Quick facts When is it? Every December 27th Tagged as Art & Drawing Hobbies & Activities What's the hashtag? #MakeCutOutSnow flakes Day Have we missed something? It was a favorite activity in our earliest school years, and many families would share it as a familiar project around the holidays. Surely it ended up with numerous small flakes of paper on the ground as thick as the snow outside, but it was accompanied by a warmth of time spent creatively, and the unique designs that came out of everyone’s individual efforts. Make Cut-Out Snow flakes Day encourages us to set out to do it again, and create snow flakes that will persist long after the last crystal of ice has melted into water as the seasons change. History of Make Cut-Out Snowflakes Day What most people don’t know about this art is that is truly ancient, and in fact is founded in the traditional Japanese art-form of Origami, specifically a variation known as Kirigami. The process at t

Seniors say they hesitate to mix healthcare and matters of faith – Herb Weiss

Image
By Herb Weiss, contributing writer When it comes to matter s of one’s personal beliefs, most seniors choose to keep their Health care and their spiritual or religious lives separate, a new University of Michigan poll finds. But they do see a role for their Health care providers in assisting them to cope with illness by looking for meaning or hope. The National Poll on Healthy Aging (NPHA) is based at the U-M Institute for Healthcare Policy and Innovation (IHPI) and supported by AARP and Michigan Medicine, U-M’s academic medical center. For this new NPHA report, the poll team worked with Adam Marks, M.D., M.P.H., a hospice and palliative care physician at Michigan Medicine, and L.J. Brazier, M.Div., a chaplain at Michigan Medicine’s Department of Spiritual Care. The poll report is based on findings from a nationally representative survey conducted by NORC at the University of Chicago for IHPI and administered online and via phone in July 2022 among 2,163 adults,

Stationed outside the Walmart Superstore in North Kingstown last weekend, the group had two busy days of gift gathering.  Shawn Miner, URI’s coordinator of community outreach and Education for the Department of Safety, coordinated the event. “We had five or six officers at the event,” said Miner. “We also had a large representation from the Department of Public Safety as a whole. We had someone from the finance department who donated their time, and someone from emergency management. Other public safety a

On Oct. 22, Michael Joe McGuire attended the University of Kentucky’s men’s basketball annual Blue-White game at the Appalachian Wireless Arena with his wife, Mollie, and their son.
